Request account deletion

If you can still sign in, the fastest way to delete your account is the “Delete account” button on the Profile screen of the Fathom app. It deletes immediately.

If you can’t reach the in-app button (e.g., you uninstalled the app and no longer have access), submit the form below. A human will review and process the request within 30 days. We may email you to confirm your identity before deleting.

We delete your account information (profile, personalization inputs, generation history) within 30 days of confirming the request. Records we are legally required to keep (typically tax/billing records for up to seven years) may persist. Server logs are kept up to 30 days regardless.
